The Dining Chairbuilds on High Stools beautifully fluid, sculptural and archetypalcharacter, adding a generously rounded backrest for a heightened senseof comfort. The backrest itself is upholstered in soft durable leather andis fully supportive and comfortable so that it outweighs the needfor armrests.When designing The Dining Chair, made from sustainably sourced wood,Space Copenhagen explored classic, simple and sculptural motifs. Thecollection is available in solid oak or beech wood with backrest steambent in veneer.The wood is sustainably sourced from well-managed forests,honouring the UN Sustainable Development Goals of protectingLife on Land (SDGs 15) and Responsible Consumption and Production(SDGs 12) while supporting Partnership for the Goals (SDGs 17).
